Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your every purchase with us. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:
1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll send a replacement or process a refund immediately.
- Proof required: Please provide an unboxing video showing the issue.
- Timeline: Notify us within 3 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Note: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
2. Size Exchanges
Not the right fit? We offer free exchanges for size issues.
Timeline: Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or issues reported after 3 days. This window helps us serve you better and maintain quality for everyone.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Used/opened products with obvious signs of wear
- Missing original packaging
- Promotional items or gift cards
Refused/Undelivered Orders Policy
- Cancellation During Transit: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse to accept delivery:
- The package will be returned to our warehouse (typically 5-7 business days)
- A restocking fee of 10% (minimum ₹99) will apply
- Multiple Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners make 3 delivery attempts. After 3 failed attempts:
- The package is automatically returned to us
- Refund will be processed minus shipping costs (both ways)
- Wrong Address/No Response: If the address is incorrect or you’re unreachable:
- You’re responsible for the original shipping cost
- Additional shipping charges apply for re-delivery
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Gift Returns
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you:
You’ll receive a gift certificate for the value of the returned item. We’ll mail it to you once the return is processed.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the purchaser first:
The refund will go back to the original buyer. They will be notified of the return.
Return Shipping
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
→ We’ll cover the return shipping cost. Just email us and we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label.
If you are returning for a size exchange:
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Depending on your location, delivery times may vary
Shipping costs are non-refundable
For exchanges, we will ship the new size to you free of charge.
