Pricing: All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, though the price at checkout is what you’ll pay .
Availability: Products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after you’ve ordered, we’ll notify you and offer a refund or exchange .
6. Orders & Contract Formation
How a Contract is Formed: Placing an item in your cart does not constitute a binding contract. When you complete the checkout process and click “Place Order,” you make us an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when:
Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received your order. This is not yet acceptance — acceptance occurs when we dispatch or send a separate confirmation .
Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if:
- Products are unavailable
- Payment is declined or flagged for fraud
- Pricing errors have occurred
- We suspect unusual or excessive purchasing patterns
If we cancel after payment, we’ll refund you in full.
7. Payment

Payment is processed securely through third-party providers. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment method is valid and that you are authorized to use it .
GST/ Taxes: For customers within India, prices include applicable taxes. For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes .
8. Promotional Codes & Gift Vouchers
Promotional Codes:
- Valid only during the specified period
- Cannot be combined with other offers unless stated
- One code per order
- Not redeemable for cash
- If you return items purchased with a code, the discount is forfeited
Gift Vouchers:
- Valid for 1 year from purchase
- Redeemable online only
- Cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers
- Not exchangeable for cash
9. Shipping & Delivery

- Free shipping on all orders (no minimum)
- Processing time: 3–5 business days
- Delivery estimates: 3–7 days domestic, 7–14 days international
Risk of loss passes to you once the products are delivered to the carrier .

- Size exchanges accepted within 3 days (unused, original packaging)
