📦 Free Shipping — Always

We currently offer free shipping on all orders, no minimum required.

📦 Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
• During launches or sales, processing may take up to 7 business days, we always aim to ship the soonest.

📬 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive:

1. A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number
2. A link to follow your package in real time

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your confirmation email.

⚠️ Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We partner with reliable carriers, but once a package is in transit, we cannot be held responsible for:

• Loss or theft after confirmed delivery
• Delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs
• Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order:

1. Check with neighbours or building management
2. Wait 24 hours, it may still arrive
3. Inform it to us promptly. We’ll try our best to help you.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you realize you’ve made a mistake, email us immediately at support@snugma.com. We’ll do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is processed.
